The main job of mitochondria is to perform cellular respiration. This means it takes in nutrients from the cell, breaks it down, and turns it into energy. This energy is then in turn used by the cell to carry out various functions.

Studentka2010 [4]

Answer:

A. Mass is a measure of the amount of matter in an object, while weight is a measure of the force of gravity on the object.

Explanation:

Mass is also a scalar quantity associated with the amount of atoms and/or molecules that constitutes the object. While weight is a force due to the action of gravity (either on our planet or any other one) and therefore a vector quantity that we routinely use as scalar due to the fact that it is always pointing down (towards the center of the Earth) so we ignore a bit the direction associated with it.

I am Lyosha [343]
The large can of solids will reach before the empty can reason being is it has more additional weight its like dropping a 1 pound weight compared to a 4 pound the 4 pound reaches faster because of the gravitational pull the size of the pull depends on the masses of the objects
