Answer:

Observations; control.

Explanation:

A hypothesis is considered to be tentative or an educated guess and can be defined as a testable explanation for an  observation or a scientific problem. An example of a hypothesis is saying, Corona virus is caused by the introduction of the "5G" technology.

On the other hand, a control experiment  can be defined as an experiment in which a condition assumed to be a probable cause of the effect is being compared to the same  situation by the scientist without involving or using the suspected condition.

Hence, science rejects any hypothesis not supported by observations and the results of control experiments.

<em>This ultimately implies that, for any hypothesis to be acceptable in science, it must be supported by observations and the results of control experiments; this give rise to factual informations, theories and by extension solutions to problems.</em>

What is the function of helicase in dna replication? see concept 16.2 (page 322)?
Salsk061 [2.6K]
The function of Helicase in the process of DNA replication is to untwist the double helix and separating the two DNA strands. This action of helicase creates the replication forks and replication bubbles where the process of replication is initiated. Their main role is the separation of double-stranded DNA into single strands allowing each strand to be copied during the process of replication. It may also function in other cellular processes where the double-stranded DNA must be separated, including transcription and repair. <span />

Describe the inheritance pattern of blood types. Describe the inheritance type of different hair colors. Why are each unique?
scZoUnD [109]
Pairs of Unit Factors, or Genes

Mendel proposed that paired unit factors of heredity were transmitted faithfully from generation to generation by the dissociation and reassociation of paired factors during gametogenesis and fertilization, respectively. After he crossed peas with contrasting traits and found that the recessive trait resurfaced in the F2 generation, Mendel deduced that hereditary factors must be inherited as discrete units. This finding contradicted the belief at that time that parental traits were blended in the offspring.

A gene is made up of short sections of DNA that are contained on a chromosome within the nucleus of a cell. Genes control the development and function of all organs and all working systems in the body. A gene has a certain influence on how the cell works; the same gene in many different cells determines a certain physical or biochemical feature of the whole body (e.g., eye color or reproductive functions). All human cells hold approximately 21,000 different genes.

Genetics is the science of the way traits are passed from parent to offspring. For all forms of life, continuity of the species depends upon the genetic code being passed from parent to offspring. Evolution by natural selection is dependent on traits being heritable. Genetics is very important in human physiology because all attributes of the human body are affected by a person’s genetic code. It can be as simple as eye color, height, or hair color. Or it can be as complex as how well your liver processes toxins, whether you will be prone to heart disease or breast cancer, and whether you will be color

Cattle and buffalo share a similar fundamental niche, the entire set of conditions under which a population can survive and repr
Vadim26 [7]

Answer:

The data in the Venn diagram suggest about the realized niches of the cattle and buffalo and their ability to coexist with evidence is discussed below in detail.

Explanation:

2.

From the graph, it is observed that Cattle and Impala have the most overlay in their nutrition.

3.

When Sorensen's index worth is more like 1, there is a contestant among animals for their food manner needs.

From the Venn diagram, we recognize that Cattle and Impala have the most overlay in their nutrition. Also, Sorensen's index worth = 0.82 (closer to 1 concerning other partners.

4.

Sorensen's index for Buffalo and Cattle is 0.48 (cheapest among these 3 partners). So, they are less competitive. So, they can persist and generate easily.
