(x - 6) cannot be negative as there are no real square roots of a negative quantity so x must be >= 6

So the domain is 6 =< x < infinity

Answer:

? = 14

Step-by-step explanation:

let us say that ? = x

7^x * 7^5^4 = 7^34

When you have a power to a power you multiply

7^x * 7^20 = 7^34

when you multiply common bases you add the power. since all the bases aer the same just look at the power

7^34-20 = 7^x

7^14 = 7^x

The graph of f(x) = x3 − 7x − 6 is shown. Based on the graph, what are all of the solutions to f(x) = x3 − 7x − 6? x = −6 x = −2
pogonyaev
F(x)=x^3-7x-6 Since I don't have the graph and this is not a perfect cube, I will have to rely on Newton :P

x-(f(x)/(dy/dx))

x-(x^3-7x-6)/(3x^2-7)

(2x^3+6)/(3x^2-7), letting x1=0

0, -6/7, -.988, -.9999, -.99999999999, -1

(x^3-7x-6)/(x+1)

x^2 r -x^2-7x-6
-x r -6x-6
-6 r 0

(x+1)(x^2-x-6)=0

(x+1)(x-3)(x+2)=0

x= -2, -1, 3

Evaluate is just a fancy term for solve.
So to start you’ll want to substitute in the values that you are given and the just solve the sum.
I really hope this was helpful.

3(2x + 4) = 72

What’s x
Tresset [83]

Answer: x = 6

Step-by-step explanation:

(3)(2x) = 6x

(3)(4) = 12

12-12 cancels out

72-12 = 60

6x/6 cancels the 6 out

60/6 = 6

x = 6
