Did you know that live cells are used in many of our food items? Some examples you may be familiar with and others may come as a
surprise! For this entry in your Science Journal do a quick Internet search and give some examples of food that uses live cells. Describe what the food item is, the organism (single-cell) that's in that item, and why it might be useful. Don't forget to say where you got your info from.
