Vitamin A comes from leafy green vegetables, orange and yellow vegetables, tomato products, fruits, and some vegetable oils. It keeps eyes and skin healthy and helps protect against infections.
Definitely the flood. If a wire snaps or something, and comes into contact with the water, it can electrocute anyone who comes in contact with the surrounding water.
Give the baby something to do and watch her. Do no let her put sand in her mouth if she does and you don’t do anything then she will think that is ok. Therefore she will do it again. So I suggest watching her but giving her something to do.
Example: go get your feet went and take the baby girl with you to get her toes wet too.
Give her a toy to play with. Play with her.
Etc.
