Calculate the area of a circle with a dime tier of 16cm pi=3

The area of every circle is        (pi) (radius²) .

Radius = 1/2 of the diameter, so the area of your circle is

                   (pi) x (8 cm)²  =  201 cm² .    (rounded)

(pi) is not 3 .   There's nothing wrong with approximating (pi),
but 3 is more than 4.5% wrong, and that's too much.  There's
no reason why  3.14  should be too hard to handle.

A=πR²
d=2R
d=16 => R=8
===> A=3*8²=3*64=192 cm²

abruzzese [7]

Answer:

3 days=  $105, 6 days= $90, 10 days= $70

Step-by-step explanation:

You can rewrite this equation as y=120-5x

x is the amount of days passed

plug in 3 for x and you get 15. 120-15=105

plug in 6 for x and you get 30. 120-30=90

plug in 10 for x you get 50. 120-50=70

Hope this helps!

The equation of the circle whose center is at (2,1) and the radius is 3 is
-BARSIC- [3]

\bf \textit{equation of a circle}\\\\ (x- h)^2+(y- k)^2= r^2 \qquad center~~(\stackrel{2}{ h},\stackrel{1}{ k})\qquad \qquad radius=\stackrel{3}{ r} \\\\[-0.35em] \rule{34em}{0.25pt}\\\\ (x-2)^2+(y-1)^2=3^2\implies (x-2)^2+(y-1)^2=9
