Answer:

Yes digital divide creates a gap and social issues between developed and underdeveloped countries

Explanation:

The Digital Divide in Social science, is a focus study adressing disparities arising due to the differing amount of information between those who have access to the Internet and digital technologies and those who do not have access. The discussion arose in the late 1990s.

The availability of Internet and the access at an affordable cost was  targeted.

In an international setting, certain countries are far more equipped than other developing countries to exploit the advantages from increasingly services related to Internet.

The issues arise as societies with connecitvity to Internet become more democratic and participate in their social life, and other societies lack access to information which contributes to social and economic conditions.

The other issues arise from the literacy that develops among those nations with access to education through Internet, the spread of knowledge becomes available and literacy levels could expect to be highter.

Economic activities are fueled in the countries who have intergrated Internet to everyday life and profit from global markets.

While you can use the <div> as a parent element on your page to group related content it is not recommend because of the limited semantic meaning.

<h3>What are Semantic Elements?</h3>

To the developer and the browser, a semantic element makes obvious what it means.

Non-semantic elements include things like span and div, which don't convey any information about their contents.

'form', 'table', and 'article' are examples of semantic components. These elements explicitly define the content of the page.

<h3>What is HTML structure?</h3>

There are primarily two sections in an HTML document: The HEAD section of an HTML document provides its metadata. The page's title, HTML version, meta data, etc., are a few examples. Everything you want to be displayed on the web page is in the BODY.
