You can make two equations. x+y=77 and x=2y-13. Because x is equal to 2y-13, you can sub that in for x and get (2y-13)+y=77. You add 13 to both sides to get 2y+y=90 and then you have 3y=90. Divide both sides by 3 to find that kiwi is 30 years old.
