How can I remove plaque from my teeth? It won't come off if I try to floss or brush it off

Unfortunately plaque doesn't just come off. It isbthe literal calcification of Tartar, which means its become stone on your teeth. The only person capable of removing it is a dentist, so that is who I'd recommend seeing.
