Hourly rate of Aisha= $8
Commission= 4% = 4/100 = 0.04
Total number of hours she worked= 39 hrs
Sales= $4000
First we have to find her hourly pay.
Hourly pay= 8 x 39 = $312
Now commission= 0.04 x 4000=$160
So her gross pay= $312+$160 = $472
