Not enough detail.
But the best way to reduce nutrient loss in food in my opinion and some research is eating less empty calorie foods such as sugar, and eating more nutrient dense foods such as whole wheat bread instead of white bread, Brown rice instead of white rice etc.
Eating complete proteins, the right fats, omega 3.

Do you think that managers can make more effective decisions when they confer with others who have more knowledge regardless of
Nataly_w [17]

Answer:

Not necessarily

Explanation:

It honestly depends on the situation considering this is under the health topic I am going to assume it is under that kind of situation. In health/medical settings the "title" matters in what they know and if they have consent from the patient to confer with that person. The title should pertain to the certain condition the patient is in. Especially due to confidentiality. So as far as "regardless of their title" it wouldn't help them make a more effective decision. Alternatively, if the person/people they converse with pertain to the situation it can and usually is a good idea to get second opinions especially if not sure of the course of action they should take.

Hope this helps :-)

Which of the following statements about nutrients is correct? Food cooked in animal fat is a healthier choice than food cooked i
timurjin [86]

Answer:

Fats should fulfill no more than 20 to 30 percent of your daily calorie requirements.

Explanation:

Fats should fulfill no more than 20 to 30 percent of your daily calorie requirements. The range of fat should be between 20-30 percent in a diet. Fat helps also in providing energy to the body and protect vital tissues and organs.

Food cooked in animal fat is NOT a healthier choice than food cooked in olive oil because animal fat is high in trans-fat when compared to plants such as olive or soya. The trans-fat blocks blood vessels and could lead to cardiovascular diseases.

Simple carbohydrates DOESN’T release energy slowly for a longer duration. Its effect is usually short term, instead its fat that acts this way.
