Enzymes are made of protein and a non protein therefore they can not be denatured? True or false?

Biology

False , because as I think that all the enzymes are made up of protein and they are acting as as a biological catalyst which speed up the reaction therefore they can denature by many factors the essential Factors r temperature and pH or the acidity some of the enzymes denature at pH of 2 and a high temperature of 40 degrees Celsius but some of that enzymes become more active or optimum at a temperature of 37 degrees celsius and at a ph of 7

suppopse you were going to deisgn a system for the rapid diffusion of oxygen across a phosphlipid bilayer. according to fick's l
Llana [10]

Answer:

According to Fick's law, the rate of diffusion of any substance across any barrier is directly proportional to the surface area of the membrane or any layer exposed. and the concentration of the diffusing substance available, but the rate is inversely proportional to the diffusion distance available.

Thus the rate at which oxygen will move across the phospholipid bilayer will depend on the concentration or amount per mole of the oxygen molecule hitting the phopholipid at a prticular time and how permeable the phospholipd layer is to oxygen molecules, but the rate of its movement across will be reduced as the distance between the phosphoslipid bilayer and the diffusing molecules increases.

Therefore, the concentration of oxygen should be maximised, the surface area of the phospholipid bilayer should also be maximized. the distances between the phopholipid and the vessel containing the diffusing oxygen molecules should be drastically reduced. With this Fick's law has been applied , and therefore maximum oxygen molecules can diffuse across.

What kind of living and nonliving things do you think a marine biologist studies ?
prisoha [69]
Marine biologists study changes in the ocean. so they will look at the chemical composition of deep waters and see how consecrated the oxygen is. They will also study the movements of the plates because when planted move it usually makes new food for deep life

they will also check animal concentrations in certain areas.

Another thing they do is track animal movements. this could be by putting a tracker on a whale or a shark or anything and watching its depths it goes or watching the distance it goes in a day.
