PLEASE HELP!! I NEED THIS SOON!! Explain why you cannot use algebra tiles to model the multiplication of a linear polynomial by

a quadratic polynomial. As an added challenge, develop a model similar to algebra tiles that will allow you to show this multiplication. Describe an example of your model for the product (x + 1)(x2 + 2x + 2). Give at least 5 sentences.

Multiplying a linear polynomial by a quadratic polynomial would equal a cubic polynomial. Algebraic tiles do not model cubic functions.

What is the domain and range of <br> f(x)=2x^2+6x+2
lbvjy [14]

As is the case for any polynomial, the domain of this one is (-infinity,  +infinity).

To find the range, we need to determine the minimum value that f(x) can have.  The coefficients here are a=2, b=6 and c = 2,

The x-coordinate of the vertex is  x = -b/(2a), which here is x = -6/4 = -3/2.

Evaluate the function at x = 3/2 to find the y-coordinate of the vertex, which is also the smallest value the function can take on.  That happens to be y = -5/2, so the range is [-5/2, infinity).

Perry borrows $350 at a simple interest rate of 4.5%. Perry pays back the loan in 30 months. How much interest does Perry pay on
Nitella [24]

Answer: the interest on the loan is $39.38

Step-by-step explanation:

The formula for determining simple interest is expressed as

I = PRT/100

Where

I represents interest paid on the loan.

P represents the principal or amount taken as loan

R represents interest rate

T represents the duration of the loan in years.

From the information given,

P = $350

R = 4.5%

There are 12 months in a year. Converting 30 months into years, it becomes

30/12 = 2.5. so

T = 2.5 years

Therefore

I = (350 × 4.5 × 2.5)/100

I = $39.38
