I went to Italy with my parents and there was a moment when we got lost and neither of us could manage to ask directions to how to get back on track. Our gps was out of battery and our phone services were not working. Not knowing how to communicate is an awfall sensation

The feeling of desorenteation and uncertainty can brigh a lot of anguish. Being in an unfamiliar culture and not knowing the native lenguage is a mix of confussion and desperation.

Finally one of us got a signal and we could go back to the hotel, but it was terrible.
