Are the views of the common people taken into account in the socialist regines? The short answer is: of course not! The only opinions and ideas that gets taken into account are the ones that coincide with the socialist party. You have to remember that socialism is based on the ideals of the failed and the mediocre and they need to remain in power for as much as they can no matter at what cost. Let me refrain my answer. A warning should have been announced before this earthquake to prepare citizens who have already been through earthquakes. As this area has experienced many earthquakes before, architecture is built to withstand heavy shifts and most families know what to do in case of emergency.
