Our civil rights as Americans should be kept, if they are not kept the government would be running a tyrannical government. Sure some rights may have to be relaxed, but not gotten rid of 100%. Our rights and civil liberties are what make America great. Also if rights were taken away, this would decrease moral a lot and make soldiers question, "What are we truly fighting for?"
