The pH of Hydrofluoric acid (HF), when dissolved in pure water, would be less than 7.

Explanation:

Hydrofluoric acid is a corrosive acid that is undoubtedly a weak acid. HF not being strong acid is because it does not dissociate in water completely. Also, the chemical bond between  hydrogen and fluorine is a polar covalent bond.

It polar covalent bond  makes this acid pH less than seven because the mixture would lead to the pH level of water to decrease. Hence the  pH 7 is neutral

Less than 7 because considering Ph7= neutral and Ph2= acidic, the mixture would cause the water Ph to decrease
