A person whose BAL count is 0.05 % or above than this then his/her field of vision gets reduced. In most of the cases, body of an individual becomes unable to control small muscles and thus it becomes difficult for eye to focus. Also the vision becomes blurry after some time. The body and mind co -ordination is lost and judgement related to vision becomes impaired.
