Once you distribute the 3 throughout you will end up with y-3=3x+3 from there you would add the 3 over and end up with y=3x+6 and 3 would be your intercept

So, the x-intercept is where the x crosses on the y-axis.

If I plug this equation in (it is in point-slope),

I graphed this on desmos,

The x-intercept is equal to 0. (it crosses at the origin, or 0)

x-intercept= 0 <=== the answer

I hope this helps!

eimsori [14]

Answer:

0.48

Step-by-step explanation:

Given the data:

X:

10,17,20,23,24,28,32,39,42,25,26,52,55,58,61,65,66,72,75,78,79,85,94,97,98

Sum of each of the numbers :

1, 8, 2, 5, 6, 10, 6, 12, 6, 7, 8, 7, 20, 13, 7, 11, 12, 9, 12, 15, 16, 13, 13, 16, 17

Probability that sum of the number's digit is odd:

Number of odd sum / total numbers

Number of odd sum = 12

Total numbers = 25

12 / 25

= 0.48

What type of triangle has an exterior angle that is obtuse at two vertices? Explain your reasoning.
navik [9.2K]

Answer:

A right triangle

Step-by-step explanation:

A right triangle would meet these characteristics. A triangle's inner angles always add up to be 180 degrees. A right triangle has one angle at 90 degrees meaning the other two angles need to be less than 90 degrees and sum up to be 90 degrees. This would indicate that both of these angles' exterior angles would be obtuse because they would be wider than 90 degrees.

Calculate the principal if the maturity value is $4,500 and the simple interest is $350.
suter [353]

Answer:

The principal is $4,150.

Step-by-step explanation:

We have to find the principal if the maturity value is $4,500 and the simple interest is $350.

As we know that the formula for calculating the final amount or maturity amount is given by;

Amount = Principal + Interest

Here, Simple interest = $350

Amount or Maturity value = $4,500

So, the Principal = Amount - Interest

Principal = $4,500 - $350

               = $4,150

Hence, the principal if the maturity value is $4,500 and the simple interest is $350 is $4150.
