I remember that the square of 12 is 144.
Let's work up from there to the squares that 180 lies between.

Keep in mind that squares are when a number multiplies by itself.

For example;
10^2 means 10 • 10, which makes the product of 100.

12^2 = 144
13^2 = 169
14^2 = 196

Well, we have 169 and 196, which 180 lies between.

Your answers are:

13 and 14.

I hope this helps!

Ok, so since she spent $15 each week for 10 weeks, she spent a total of $150 over those 10 weeks. The best approach I would use for this is cross multiplication. The total percentage of Books and music would be 35% out of 100% because 10+25=35. The answer is b, 50.

Hope this helps :)

Evaluate the following limit.
Rus_ich [418]

Answer:

-191

Step-by-step explanation:

A limit is the value that a function approaches as the input approaches some value.

We say \displaystyle \lim_{x\rightarrow a}f(x)=L if f(x) approaches to L as x approaches to a.

To find:\displaystyle \lim_{x\rightarrow -4}2x^3-4x^2+2x+9

Solution:

Let f(x)=2x^3-4x^2+2x+9

On putting x = -4 in function f(x)=2x^3-4x^2+2x+9, we get

\displaystyle \lim_{x\rightarrow -4}2x^3-4x^2+2x+9\\=2(-4)^3-4(-4)^2+2(-4)+9\\=2(-64)-4(16)-8+9\\=-128-64-8+9\\=-128-63\\=-191
