Which equations support the fact that rational numbers are closed under addition?

I think this first answer choice is supposed to be "1/3+1/3=2/3" (If so then that's the correct answer) and the second one answer would be √9+√9=2<span>√9</span>

Do you mean
√9 + √9 = 2√9

if so it is the answer
