Hello There!

First Expand:
4g - 4 = 24
Then solve:
4g = 24 + 4
4g = 28
g = 28/4
g = 7.

Hope This Helps You!

Hello Aneily!

4(g-1)=24

Distributive property

(4)(g)+(4)(-1)=24

4g - 4 = 24

4g = 24 + 4

4g = 28

Divide both sides by 4

4g/4 = 28/4

g= 7

Have a beautiful day!
