It is recommended that an athlete consume 16 ounces (two cups) of water two hours before exercise begins. Another eight to 16 ounces (one to two cups) should be consumed 15 minutes prior to exercise.
Drugs can destroy your organs and destroy the things that help you breathe. If i was offered drugs based on me not "fitting in" i would say "NO!" I love my body and im not going to put anything in my body that can help kill my organs and body.
