I believe the answer is: Political Action committees

The political action comittee is established during a poltiical campaign. Their main duty is to collect necessary fund that needed by each candidates to achieve supports from the eligible voters. They are really powerful because they are allowerd to make unlimited expenditures independently for a certain candidate.
