The correct option is B.
The Linnaeus' taxonomic classification of organisms categories all living organisms into seven different groups, which are: species, genus, family, order, class, phylum and kingdom. The smallest group is the specie while the largest group is the kingdom. The kingdom is divided into two, the animal kingdom and the plant kingdom. The kingdom is the larges and most inclusive of Linnaeus taxonomy; the animal kingdom is made up of all animals while the plant kingdom is made up of all plants.

B - Kingdoms are the highest level. These kingdoms are then divided into phylums, then classes, orders, families, and genus. They are all used to define animals and plants, every one belongs to certain groups of these.

How does a single change in nitrogen base alter the formation of a protein
jasenka [17]

During translation to RNA, the nitrogen bases on the DNA molecule are translated to complementary RNA bases. Afterwards, these bases are again used to form amino acids.
Three bases make up a codon, which codes for a specific amino acid. If a base is changed, the codon will become changed. This will result in a different amino acid being produced in and the primary structure of the polypeptide will be altered.
