My name is Amit Mishra and I recently bought a set of chairs and tables to accommodate my Club members at this store. I always shopped at this establishment because I trusted the quality of the products and the delivery and assembly service. The chairs have the same problem, which does not promote a safe environment, besides having the seats completely stained and frayed.
I would like to ask that this situation be resolved as soon as possible, as we are in a hurry to make these furniture available to our members. As I already know your work, I know that the solution will not be long.
