The blood located in the heart’s left ventricle, which is rich in oxygen, travels through the aorta artery to the whole body, where the blood (coming from the arteries) gives oxygen and “food” to the capillaries and receives carbon dioxide and waste, which then (throughly the veins) travels back to the heart’s right atrium.
