A. 35 greater than or equal to 14 + x
    35 - 14 = 21
    x = $21
b. If the shirt is 30% off it would cost $9.80
    14 x 0.3 = 4.2
    14 - 4.2 = 9.8
    35 is greater than or equal to 9.80 + x
