Okay so in my health book it says 120/80 to 139/89 is prehypertesion. But my doctor says my blood pressure is perfect at 120/80.

So whos right? I say my doctor but why does the book say thats wrong?

The book was written by a person. so it can be wrong. a careless mistake or typo . your Doctor as a person too in this case is right.

No, but i do feel they are very unhealthy, your body doesn't know how to process the chemicals in the pesticides and the hormones in milk aren't healthy for the cows that give the milk or the people that drink it.
