The correct answer is False

Explanation:

The word "maturity" refers to the quality of behaving appropriately in each situation and also acting as an adult rather than as a kid; on the other hand, the word "responsibility" or "responsible behavior" refers to the quality of individuals to make decisions, assume their roles or duties and also take care of themselves and in some cases of others. These two qualities are developed during life and usually increase with age especially as teenagers become adults and need to assume roles that imply higher levels of maturity and responsibility.

Besides this, it is believed these two qualities continue developing even after adulthood which means they do not reach a certain peak or limit but can continue developing as circumstances changes and individuals need to adapt to them. Therefore, it is false maturity and responsible behavior reach a peak and then are no longer developed as can developing during all the life of individuals.
