If Maya only has $15 dollars to spend and she buys a notebook for $5.50 then that leaves her with $9.50 and if she has to save $7.75 then that leaves her with $1.75 and since she wants to buy cookies then you have to figure out how many cookies she can get with $1.75 plus the tax but food doesn't have tax so she can buy 7 packages of cookies since there only 25 cents is right on point at $1.75 I hope I answered your question with all the calculating I had to do and the typing I went through to explain it to you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! now could you please give me a thank you and  hit the brain aster button please and thank you so much

Answer:

7 packages.

Step-by-step explanation:

Let x represent number of cookie packages.

We have been given that Maya has $15 to spend. She spent $5.50, including tax, to buy a notebook.

Amount left after buying notebook would be 15-5.50=9.50.

As Maya needs to save $7.75, so money left to buy cookies would be 9.50-7.75=1.75.

We are also told that cost of each cookie package is $0.25. The cost of x packages would be 0.25x.

The cost of x packages should be less than or equal to 7.75. We can represent this information in an inequality as:

0.25x\leq 1.75

\frac{0.25x}{0.25}\leq \frac{1.75}{0.25}

x\leq 7

Therefore, Maya can buy at-most 7 packages.

Answer:

A.

Step-by-step explanation:

1 radian = 180/π

So

Multiplying both sides by 25π/18

We'll get,

25π/18 (r) = (180/π)×(25π/18)

= (180×25)/18

= 10×25

= 250 degrees
