Sleep is very important and affects how we make decisions. When we don’t get enough sleep, we are more likely to make bad decisions and put ourselves at risk for an injury. For example, driving a car while not getting enough sleep can increase your chance of getting into a car accident. Not getting enough sleep can also make someone irritable, weaken the immune system, and put you are risk for other health problems such as a stroke.
The foods that contain fats help in dissolving the vitamins A,D,E, and K. These vitamins are fat-soluble vitamins and fats helps in their solubility and absorption. Also, vitamin C and iron-containing diets go hand in hand to promote the absorption of each other.

A plan that would include and ensure that the workforce has the necessary knowledge to recognize individual healthcare needs would have to be very precise and task-oriented. The reason for this is the fact that healthcare needs are very diverse and different people have different cues that exhibit their health care needs.
A good idea would be to show and present very common cues and symptoms perhaps of people that have different health care needs to the workforce. This would empower them end enable them for the future.
