I'm going to phrase it this way:

Even though 90 percent of people in the US have enough to eat, that does not mean that they are getting enough nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. This is why vitamin supplements are popular; because people can eat the food they like and if those foods do not have enough vitamins or minerals, they can take supplements to make up for the missing minerals and vitamins.

Please help me to define HIV and AIDS, give its causes and add some illnesses associated with HIV and AIDS on your own thoughts
Andreyy89

Answer: HIV is the virus that attacks the immune system and AIDS is when HIV is in a severe phase, causing big damage to the immune system.

Explanation:

HIV: Known as the human immunodeficiency virus, it is the one that causes HIV infection.

AIDS: This disease is caused by HIV, and it is the most advanced stage of HIV.

It is important to explain that because a person has HIV it does not mean that they will contract the AIDS disease since to get to AIDS they have to be a person who did not take care of when they were diagnosed with HIV. The reasons why a person can contract the HIV virus are: having unprotected sex, since it is not known if either person is a carrier of the virus. Blood transfusions are also a means of spreading the disease and also injecting drugs and sharing needles. Some illnesses that a person with the HIV / AIDS virus can have are tuberculosis, pneumonia, and toxoplasmosis.
