Depends on when this case happened...

If it was the first time of the case (during WW2) the court ruled in favor of the US saying that Japanese Internment was legal and necessary.

However, the case in the 1980s ruled in favor or Korematsu and had the government apologize for internment and gave $20,000 to each interned person.
