I play tennis lots and am a very hard core athlete. Unfortunately static is not the answer. Static is what you want to do after a workout. Before you start a Workout, you want stretch in a way to loosen your muscles up and warm your body up in general. This will require moving around. We can eliminates static and all of the above. Then diffusion happens by swapping the CO2 in the capillaries with O2 in the airsacks. The oxygen hemoglobin gets transported to all of the bodyand the Co2 is exhaled.
