Take the change of y over the change in x for the 3 points.  So taking the two pints (2,9) and (5, 22.5)

The change in y is 13.5
The change in x is 3

13.5/3 = 4.5

So for every game the price increases by $4.50.  So the answer is B.

The first column is x while the second is y. To find rate, you divide y by x. If each row has the same outcome, it is proportional.
First row:
9.00÷2= 4.50
Second row:
22.50÷5= 4.50
Third row:
31.50÷7= 4.50
There is a proportional relationship based off of the values.
