If we are making a number line then it should go in order like this:
 1/4,1/2,3/4, and 2/2
1/4=0.25
1/2=0.5
3/4=0.75
2/2=1 (whole)
 you  just make then a decimal and put them in order:-)
hope this helps!!

IRISSAK [1]

Answer:

a.

                         R-------8/38--------RR

R------9/39--------B-------13/38-------RB

                          G------17/38--------RG

                          R-------9/38--------BR

B--------13/39------B-------12/38-------BB

                           G-------17/38-------BG

                             R-----9/38--------GR

G---------17/39-------B------13/38-------GB

                              G------16/38-------GG

b).

  • 9 ways
  • ways you can select 1 blue are; RB,BR,BG,GB

RB=9/39 × 13/38=3/38

BR= 13/39 × 9/38 =3/38

BG= 13/39 × 17/38=17/114

GB= 17/39 × 13/38=17/114

=3/38 +3/38+17/114+ 17/114 =26/57

  • Probability of selecting 2 red markers= RR = 9/39 × 8/38 =12/247

  • Probability of selecting a green marker and then a red marker= GR= 17/39×9/38 =51/494

Integral Calculation
Tatiana [17]

Answer:

\frac{4}{3(e^2+1)}

Step-by-step explanation:

We want to evaluate:

\int\limits^1_{-1} {\frac{x^2+1}{e^2+1} } \, dx

This is the same as:

\frac{2}{e^2+1} \int\limits^1_{0} {x^2+1} \, dx

We integrate to obtain:

\frac{2}{e^2+1} (\frac{x^3}{3}+x)|_0^1

We evaluate to obtain:

\frac{2}{e^2+1} (\frac{1^3}{3}+1)=\frac{4}{3(e^2+1)}

How do I solve p(q-2)(r-3)
guajiro [1.7K]
Since you have parentheses, you will first multiply (q-2)*(r-3) which equals (qr+6). So now its simplified to p(qr+6) which equals pqr+p6.
