First Cervical Cancer is way more common when describing cancer of the cervix. Additionally Cancer is specific to the tissues and behaviors instead of the location of a widespread illness. Normally a cancer that affects the Cervical spine is actually a cancer involving the Vertebrae or Spinal Cord.
