If a husband isn't communicating to his wife of what he needs or vice versa, then that could make for some pretty  difficult arguments down the road. Trust issues can also affect a relationship very deeply. Trust issues are one of the things that can drive people apart. A lack of trust in a relationship and lead to resentment and frustration which can put a strain on one's mental state and marriage.
