<h3>♫ :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: // Hello There ! //  :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: ♫</h3>

➷  1) 10 = z + 6

- 6 from both sides:

z = 4

2) 8y = 48

Divide both sides by 8:

y = 6

3) 18 = a/2

Multiply both sides by 2:

a = 36

4) r/3 = 7

Multiply both sides by 3:

r = 21

5) 11 = m - 4

+ 4 to both sides sides

m = 15

6) 1 + s = 3

- 1 from both sides

s = 2

7) 24 = 4c

Divide both sides by 4:

c = 6

8) v/5 = 9

Multiply both sides by 5

v = 45

Step-by-step explanation:

<u>Step 1: Define</u>

7x/3 < 2

<u>Step 2: Solve for </u><em><u>x</u></em>

  1. Multiply both sides by 3:                    7x < 6
  2. Divide 7 on both sides:                      x < 6/7

Here we see that any value <em>x</em> smaller than 6/7 would work as a solution to the inequality.
