This is because she lost or the candidates she was for  and in reality had no way to know who the winner was. If she did have some special insight into knowing who the winner was, it would be election fraud.

This has also been called "knew-it-all-along phenomenon" and in some places "creeping determinism."

When someone thinks they know how the outcome will be and is proven wrong, they will exhibit this type of bias. It happens in history books, elections, and everyday life.
