This means that each time a person wants to do something he or she is not supposed to do, they will experience an uncomfortable stimulus that will help them associate that bad thing with the bad experience. Dear 9th grade me:
1. In 9th grade I was good in Spanish, P.E and History.
2. I improved a lot in Spanish, I used to have a really hard time with it.
3. I'll do for 10th grade, next school year for me: 1. Don't get distracted. 2. Take notes and 3. Don't make excuses for homework!
4. I was very good at listening and staying focused I feel like, same as now but its a little more difficult.
5. I improved a lot in organization, which is great because its pretty hard to stay organized and on-top of things, especially the first year of Highschool!
6. 1. Don't stay up late, you'll fall asleep in class! 2. Make sure to drink enough water, dehydration is the worst! 3. Be less shy.
