When delivering negative feedback in person, you can potentially leave your message recipient feeling better by using a?
Delicious77 [7]
The answer is by using a positive tone. According to research, providing criticism in performance appraisal has revealed that giving negative feedback with a positive tone essentially makes employees believe more positive than when they be given positive feedback with a negative or unenthusiastic tone. This means that the power of deliverance frequently prevails over the substance of your message in feedback conditions.

How did inflation in the colonies affect the Continental Army?
In-s [12.5K]

Answer:

The American Revolution contributed to inflation when Congress printed paper money to raise funds for the supplies it needed to

fight the war. The more money that was printed, the less the money was worth. This

practice led to a rise in the price of goods, or inflation.

In beowulf what are the consequences of seeking revenge? what are other ways might problems be worked out?
Sidana [21]

Beowulf is an epic written about a thousand years back and seeking revenge initiated a clear cycle of revenge as I will explain below.

Grendel the beast gets angry and attacks the Hall killing people, next comes Beowulf who kills Grendel for glory as well as for revenge purposes. Grendel’s mother attacks the kingdom to take revenge and in return killed by Beowulf, making it clear that revenge is a never ending cycle.

Since in Anglo-Saxon tradition the setting of Beowulf, revenge was something held in high esteem, in my opinion any other way would not have seemed successful for the cultural values.
