And also from decomposition of organisms.

When organisms die, decomposers such as bacteria digest on the dead organism. As bacteria also requires respiration for energy, they release carbon dioxide as well, just like other animals.

Therefore, the decomposition of dead organisms also produces carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, which is an important process in the carbon cycle.

What kind of molecule is most likely being injected into the mouse embryo? why do you think so?
Xelga [282]

The kind of molecule that is most likely to be injected into the mouse embryo is s known to be P4 injection as well as injection of estrogen.

How are they inserted into mice?

In the time after an ovariectomy is done to the mice, a continuous P4 injection (Progesterone Injection) is known to help keep the dormancy of the embryos for a lot of days.

There is also the act of Priming with the use of estrogen injection and this is often done at a high concentration ( that is about >10 ng/mouse).

Note that after this, a regular injection of estrogen is also done at a low concentration to be able to induce the transition process.

Hence, The kind of molecule that is most likely to be injected into the mouse embryo is s known to be P4 injection as well as injection of estrogen.
