colleen is making a belt but she wants it to be 3/5 as long than the directions indicate.The directions state that she needs a length of leather that is 101.6 centimeters long sho she cuts a length of leather that is 60 centimeters long . Will colleen be able to make the belt the length she wants it??Why?

$\frac{3}{5} =0.6 \\ \\ 101.6 \times 0.6 = 60.94$
so yeah, she'll need an additional centimeter
