Xuanzong was a Tang dynasty ruler under whose reign Chinese culture flourished the most: Chinese culture became popular, and China became the wealthiest country in the world due to its inventions, reforms, and cultural development and advancement which laid a strong foundation for many policies that have been used in China until the present-day.
