Also, I would buy her comfy shoes which are very important. I would hire a maid so she could get the whole place clean, so my grandma wouldn't trip on unnecessary things, and I would get her a package of vitamin D. As a cherry on top, I would sign her up for vibration training, and I would be there every day for her so I can track her progress and be a huge supporter. </em>
