Answer:

The correct answer is D. Exercising

Explanation:

If anyone does regular exercise then he will have less probability of heart disease or heart attack than those persons who have a sedentary lifestyle. Exercising 30 minutes or more for 5 days a week allows one to lose extra weight, reduce blood pressure and high cholesterol level.

Regular exercise improves the efficiency of heart muscles which results in the pumping more blood per beat in the arteries. This allows our heart to beat slower and helps in keeping the blood pressure under control. Therefore exercise reduces our risk of heart disease.

How to saturated triglycerides compare to unsaturated triglycerides in how tightly they pack together?based on this information,
sertanlavr [38]
Triglycerides are fats. Saturated fats are solid at room temperature while unsaturated fats are liquid at room temperature. This is because these two kinds of fats differ in their chemical structure. Saturated fats do not have double bonds between the molecules which means there are no gaps and the fat is saturated with hydrogen molecules. Because there are no gaps, these fats tend to pack more closely together. Unsaturated fats have double bonds which break up the chain of hydrogen molecules and create gaps allowing them to pack loosely and can thus liquefy at room temperature.
