Mental health is the combination of three interconnected dimensions of wellness namely spiritual wellness, emotional wellness and intellectual wellness. Spiritual wellness means having purpose in life and to be driven by person values and beliefs. If you are spiritually well, you are able to love, forgive and having compassion at all times. You can strengthen your spiritual wellness by mean of connecting with nature or higher being by mean of meditating, listening to music, going to a particular place, exercising,  or creating something. Basically, it is finding your inner peace. emotional wellness on the other hand, is having positive perspective of oneself and life in general. It is how you are able to respond to life's challenges. this is about your self-esteem and knowing your worth thus having confidence in who you are. To strengthen emotional wellness, begin by treating yourself better and avoiding negative self-talk. lastly, intellectual wellness is stimulating the brain, memory and imagination. It determines how you interact with the world. it includes strength in creativity, curiosity and openness to new ideas and you can achieve this by means of exploring the world around you and discovering your personal passion.

Answer:

Three dimensions: spiritual, emotional, intellectual wellness.

My response:

"The three interconnected dimensions of mental health are spiritual, emotional, and intellectual wellness. One can strengthen their mental health by strengthening these components. Spiritual wellness is about finding a purpose in ones life, and having a drive to fulfill personal values. A way to strengthen this component is by praying or meditating, listening to music or journaling, as well as reading or doing a hobby you enjoy. Emotional health regards having a positive view on life and it refers to how someone responds to life events. Ways to better ones emotional health is through replacing negative thoughts with positive ones, trying to control thoughts and stop negative self-talk, as well as working on ways to treat yourself better in general. Intellectual wellness is when someone has desire to learn, imagine and create things. Someone could strengthen this by being in nature more, learning and doing things that one is passionate about as well as expressing one's self through their hobbies."

Answer:

Cephalexin

Explanation:

Cephalexin is a cephalosporin antibiotic. It works by fighting bacteria in your body. Cephalexin is used to treat infections caused by bacteria such as such as pneumonia and other respiratory tract infections; and infections of the bone, skin, ears, , genital, and urinary tract.

Antibiotics such as cephalexin don't work for colds, flu, or other viral infections. Using antibiotics when they are not needed increases risk of getting an infection later that resists antibiotic treatment.

Cephalexin, is an antibiotic that can kill a number of bacterial infections. It kills gram-positive and some gram-negative bacteria by disrupting the growth of the bacterial cell wall. Cefalexin is a beta-lactam antibiotic within the class of first-generation cephalosporins.
