Neither cause there both at the same constant rate so one train wouldn’t be traveling at a greater speed unless there is something missing from the question being asked like the actual speed of each individual train then there would be one train traveling at a greater speed

Mary earns $6 per hour as a waitress. Last week she took home her regular earnings of $6 per hour plus $185 in tips for a total
Daniel [21]
Mary worked 22 hours.

To solve first you would subtract the amount she made in tips from her total earnings (317-185)
= 132
Then you divide that answer by her hourly salary of $6 (132/6)
=22

Someone pls help me ill give out brainliest pls don’t answer if you don’t know
iren [92.7K]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

The area of a sector has the formula

A_s=\frac{\theta}{360}*\pi r^2 Hopefully, this looks somewhat familiar to you. Theta is the central angle given as 75, r is the radius given as 4. Filling in:

A_s=\frac{75}{360}*(3.14)(4)^2 and simplifying that a bit to look less threatening, but not by much:

A_s=\frac{5}{24}(3.14)(16) and

A_s=\frac{251.2}{24}=\frac{157}{15}=10.466666666... Not sure how you're supposed to express your answer so I gave both the fraction and its decimal equivalency.

Find the difference!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
pav-90 [236]

Answer:

-4

Step-by-step explanation:

-10 - (-6)

Remove the brackets:

-10 - - 6

Remember that all negative and negative values are always positive because they are the same; if they are different, for instance, a positive value and a negative value, then that value will be a negative value.

Continue solving:

-10 - - 6

- and - are positive values

- 10 + 6

= - 4

Therefore the answer is 4

14. Find the slope of a line parallel to 3y - 6x = 9. (Lesson 3-4)
DanielleElmas [232]

\bf 3y-6x=9\implies 3y=6x+9\implies y=\cfrac{6x+9}{3}\implies y = \cfrac{6x}{3}+\cfrac{9}{3} \\\\\\ y = \stackrel{\stackrel{m}{\downarrow }}{2}x+3\qquad \impliedby \begin{array}{|c|ll} \cline{1-1} slope-intercept~form\\ \cline{1-1} \\ y=\underset{y-intercept}{\stackrel{slope\qquad }{\stackrel{\downarrow }{m}x+\underset{\uparrow }{b}}} \\\\ \cline{1-1} \end{array}

a parallel line to that one above, will have the same exact slope, since parallel lines have the same slope.
